Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize valuation strategies, develop and continuously improve upon mathematical models and help translate algorithms into code
• Interpret valuations and develop next generation models and analytics
• Develop core algorithms and models leading directly to trading decisions
• Evaluate financial data vendors; evaluate and work with new data sources and analytics packages in developing investment strategies
• Conduct research and statistical analyses about Equity and Bonds
• Lead and motivate a team of junior quant researchers

Key Requirements:

• D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IEOR, or a related field (Master for exceptional candidate)
• 4+ years working experience within a trading environment
• Demonstrated ability to complete high level, investment related research
• Proficient in C++, Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong mathematical and statistical modelling skills
• Entrepreneur spirit
• Exposure in machine learning is a plus
• Prior experience with equities and / or fixed income is a plus
• Familiarity with portfolio construction analytics and quantitative portfolio managements is a plus
