Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage full life cycle high end office renovation projects and all phases of the project process until project completion.
- Work closely with both internal and external parties including clients & vendors to facilitate the development and evolution of the work plan, budget, and schedule.
- Manage contract administration, assist with crew mobilizations, installation supervision and quality control, on-site and plan take-offs, along with all service related issues and client relations.
- Oversee material purchases process including vendor sourcing, coordinating and price negotiations and deliveries.
- Align work effort and resources with contract commitments and proactively address changes and challenges, including suggesting and delivering and monitoring additional services as required.
- Monitor, report, and manage project performance and projections and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Capture and document key decisions and record filing.
Key Requirements:
- Must be hard-working with a passion for high end renovation project management.
- Higher Diploma or above in Project Management or Construction related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage client and team relationships including overall work plan development and team coordination efforts.
- 3+ years of Corporate/Commercial Interiors project management experience on mid-to-large scale projects will be highly preferred.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Photoshop, MS Excel, Word & AI as well as other data management software.
- Effective and professional communication skills in both Cantonese and English is essential.
