Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to help develop project culture and launch Initial Coin Offering (ICO).
• In charge of Technology covering strategic planning, resources alignment, and overall IT effectiveness and efficiency.
• Evaluate, create a plan to develop a more seamless, scalable product.
• Work to debug app glitches and build features for launch and beyond.
• Establish technical standards and ensure adherence across the firm.
• Be the focal point of contact for all technology related enquiries from internal and external parties.
• Manage internal and external partnerships with technology teams and vendors.
• With time, help build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing products.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years overall IT leadership experience OR Software architecture and development experience, from concept to production, in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical, multi-cultural, collaborative international environment.
• Demonstrated contributions as a thought leader, blockchain technology and a passion for understanding emerging technologies with insight into where those technologies can be integrated into business solutions.
• Experience in leading transformational teams and executing global projects.
• Desire to collaborate with leadership on business and technical strategy.
• Prior experience working in a start-up environment highly preferred.
• Blockchain Architect experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy with an ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of programming language like GO, C, C++, Java or php.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential.
