Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO to develop the business effectively and efficiently
• Set up the technological function for the growing organization from scratch
• Be the focal point of contact for all technological enquiries from internal and external parties
• Will be responsible to deliver its MVP prototype and participate in business development/pitching events including meeting with potential clients and investors
• Responsible for product development including having deep understanding on SDLC and work with IT vendors to deliver new product solutions to meet the growing clients’ and users’ demands and requirements
• Will be required to conduct some coding tasks from time to time
• Will be the main technical person to recruit, develop and manage software developer(s) or contractors or vendors
• Will be required to travel occasionally

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Technology/Engineering or related discipline
• 4-6 year work experience in building/developing/maintaining financial systems in/for financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, or consulting companies serving these institutions) Must be familiar with the business flow of Money Service Operation
• Interested in developing a successful career with a FinTech Startup
• Strong project management skills and vendor management skills with experience in engaging / coordinating work with contractors
• Strong product development skills with hands on experience in software development life cycle and competent in developing MVP rapidly
• Strong fluency in English is a must
• Immediately available preferable
• MUST be already living in Hong Kong

• Must possess strong communicative skill to deal with both technical and non-technical audience (including: clients, investors, business partners, etc)
