Senior Officer/Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of the Human Resource operational and tactical deliverables, strengthening/streamlining and implementing Human Resource process for the Hong Kong office.
  • Develop HR policies and programs to cope with the business development ensuring they are fully compliant with the Hong Kong Labour related regulations and in alignment with competitive market practices.
  • Take charge of talent acquisition plan including identifying talent acquisition needs in partnership with business leaders, devise appropriate manpower plan and explore new recruitment channels to attract the right talents.
  • Partner with team leaders to assess and identify development needs and gaps leveraging current development tools, to support implementation of KPIs/performance management initiatives.
  • Provide HR/people management related advice/counselling/coaching to business leaders and team members to support leadership & talent development
  • Devise organizational culture with business leaders and drive & lead HR related programs & team building activities for enhanced employee engagement & productivity.
  • Develop the operational and financial plan for HR, ensuring alignment with the HR strategy and business objectives.
  • Prepare HR analytic dashboard to show HR metrics, KPIs and support creation of reports and tools to analyse and improve HR efficiencies and human capital utilization.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology and related discipline.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the Human Resources field with an exposure to Technology services /FMCG related industries; experience at a managerial level will be highly desirable.
  • Strong project/program management skills with solid exposure in the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Well versed with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employee related ordinances.
  • Good people management and people development experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented and rapidly growing environment.
  • Good knowledge in HRIS and MS Office.
