Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies & programs for recruiting talents in Technology/Quant/Trading teams in the US markets
  • Working closely with global HR counterparts in Europe & Asia to drive/facilitate hiring for global talent across multiple work locations and time zones
  • Take charge for new talent acquisition/talent development projects and have the opportunity to expand your job exposures into other HR related projects
  • Performing as a HR Business Partner and be able to provide business savvy & prompt HR advices/support/solutions to different problems & situations
  • Acting as the Company’s Ambassador and enjoy instilling a fun and energetic atmosphere to people inside and outside of the company and also with ex-colleagues

Key Requirements:

  • University degree holders in any discipline and Psychology, Human Resources, Communication or STEM related preferred
  • Min. 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with global FinTech/Quant Trading/Technology firms preferred
  • Proven records of recruiting top tier candidates in a fast paced and technology driven environment
  • Experience in managing US & global hires and be conversant with international HR best practices
  • Business savvy and is interested in staying close with the latest trends in Finance & technology
  • Well versed with applicant tracking systems and talent attraction related Social Media
  • Passionate in identifying and attracting the “Best Talents” in the Technology/Quant/Trading fields in the competitive Top tier global Quant Trading arena
