Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of trading system
• Identify, diagnose and trouble-shoot complex problems to keep trading online
• Build new tools to manage trading system for reduced efforts and errors
• Automate software distribution and deployments under Linux applications
• Be the forefront of the crossroad of technology and financial markets
• Work with Risk and trading teams to understand and facilitate gathering of system requirements
• Manage daily changes and communicate timely status updates to the relevant working parties and/ management

Key Requirements:

• Strong academic record is a Must
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Excellent working knowledge of Linux environments
• Fluent with one of the scripting languages: Python, Bash, Perl, etc
• Must have excellentEnglish communication skills, both written & verbal
• Must be able to manage multiple projects/priorities at the same time and have high tolerance for continually shifting priorities
• Non financial industry experience are ok
• Good understanding of networking concepts, such as multicasting, routing, is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Familiar with configuration management systems (Salt, Puppet, Chef, etc) and monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Nagios, Cacti, etc) is a plus
