Job Responsibilities:
- Gather data, information and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media blogs to attract and convert the target groups.
- Illustrate and augment advert or design concepts with draft layouts.
- Develop design and layout concepts based on notes, presentations and other provided materials.
- Responsible for editing and maintaining company website, print communication, advertising and PR.
- Organize and update award calendar. Liaise with designers to compile award submission.
- Create and coordinate community awareness, image building, and press opportunities that support the marketing plan.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Graphic Design, Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Design or any relevant field.
- 3+ years of graphic designing experience preferably in AEC (architecture, engineering or construction) industry with basic understanding of landscape, urban design or building information modelling.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing channels, public relations, events management, research and report generation will be highly preferable.
- Demonstrated skill in creating, planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Hands on experience in preparing written reports, tailoring client pitches and making verbal presentations.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, One Note, AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator will be highly preferable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
