Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- In-charge of the strategic, tactical and operational deliverables of the Human Resources Department
- Lead and develop a small team of hands on Human Resources professionals to offer innovative, business-oriented and scalable Human Resources policies, guidelines and programs to meet changing business demands
- Responsible for organizational development programs and projects with initial focus on
- Designing business-oriented and effective talent sourcing and assessment process to meet with rapid business expansion
- Building a strong employer branding to attract and retain the right talent
- Setting up HR systems and technological platforms to track Talent performance and cost related KPIs
- Building an engaging, innovation-oriented and execution-focused workforce
- Building a coaching and performance driven culture
- Consolidating global HR related monthly metrics & KPIs
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related discipline;
- At least 10+ years’ working experience in the Human Resources field and preferably 3 years’ experience at the Department level with an MNC
- Have solid industry exposure in Technology related industries
- Conversant with the latest HR best practices, experience with psychometric tools a plus
- Good project management experience including leading organizational development programs, change management programs, M&A projects;
- Numerical sensitive and is assertive to discuss KPIs and analytics with senior management independently
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employee related ordinances;
- Excellent command in English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Ms Office and other common on-line tools and social media platforms.
