Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and implement talent acquisition strategies & programs to support high volume recruitment in 20+ major cities around the world in a customer-centric, service or technology field.
  • Work closely with global HR and Marketing leaders and counterparts in effectively establishing communication & employer brand building strategies that attract diverse talent to the business across multiple work locations and time zones.
  • Build and lead a global Talent Acquisition team to support high growth global expansion
  • Perform as HR Business Partner and be able to provide direction and consultation to the business on emerging market and talent trends, competitor analysis and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments.
  • Act as the Company’s Ambassador and endeavour to strategically balance and prioritize resources in order to meet the constantly evolving business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree holders in any discipline and Psychology, Human Resources, Communication or STEM related preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a customer-centric, service or technology organisation responsible for high volume recruitment.
  • Proven records of leading, developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer branding strategies to attract and hire top tier candidates globally.
  • Experience with the Blockchain, FinTech and Technology Industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in building global teams and is conversant with international HR best practices.
  • Business savvy and is interested in staying close to the latest trends in technology and Finance markets.
  • Well versed with the latest applicant tracking systems and talent attraction related Social Media.
  • Passionate in identifying and attracting the “Best Talents” by leading & executing innovative global talent acquisition and employer brand building strategies for competitive high growth organisations.
