Senior Marketing Manager

Job Highlights:

  • Marketing leaders with a strong interest in FMCG & Retail, experienced in Brand building, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing & Data Analytics, e-Commerce, CRM, & Communications.
  • Proven track record in launching re-branding campaigns for FMCG & Retail industry in Hong Kong and at the Regional level.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and project lead all Marketing related initiatives including rebranding campaigns
  • Review the Marketing team mix and develop team members to meet the keen market competitions
  • Develop sales & brand driven marketing programs and own marketing budget
  • Project lead e-Commerce set up and its continued improvements
  • Responsible for all online & offline communication channels, tools, contents and analytics
  • Drive Product Marketing initiatives and work hand in hand with Purchasing & Operation teams to meet the annual, quarterly and monthly Sales targets
  • Build “win win” strategic relationships and partnership with cross industries and community players, agencies for driving targeted branding building and / sales results
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Be part of the Management team to drive the company’s strategic, tactical and operational development

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 10+ years working experience for both conglomerates and SMEs & with 5+ years of overall Marketing team management experience.
  • Proven track record in launching re-branding campaigns for FMCG & Retail industry in Hong Kong and at the Regional level.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing channels and measurement.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Strong design sense and is familiar with the latest communication tools
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • High proficiency in English & Cantonese is a must. Mandarin speaking is advantageous.
