Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and project lead all Marketing related initiatives including rebranding campaigns
- Review the Marketing team mix and develop team members to meet the keen market competitions
- Develop sales & brand driven marketing programs and own marketing budget
- Project lead e-Commerce set up and its continued improvements
- Responsible for all online & offline communication channels, tools, contents and analytics
- Drive Product Marketing initiatives and work hand in hand with Purchasing & Operation teams to meet the annual, quarterly and monthly Sales targets
- Build “win win” strategic relationships and partnership with cross industries and community players, agencies for driving targeted branding building and / sales results
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Be part of the Management team to drive the company’s strategic, tactical and operational development
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing or relevant field.

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
