Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and project lead all technology related initiatives at Group and BU levels including but not limited to:
- Technology Business Partnering Vision & Mission Formation
- Technology Function Service Pledge Development
- Review and champion Corporate proprietary ERP road map
- Review, standardize and optimize IT Infrastructure set up
- Review the Technology team mix and develop team members to meet the keen market competitions.
- Develop and own strategic & business driven Technology programs and budget.
- Drive Technology initiatives through close partnership with the leadership team to ascertain company productivity, business continuity, information security and IT System scalability.
- Measure and report performance of all IT systems, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Be part of the Management team to drive the company’s strategic, tactical and operational development.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant field. An additional business-related post-graduate diploma is an added advantage.
- Proven track record in leading business-centred technological development for a diversified business conglomerate.
- 15+ years working experience for both conglomerates and Start-ups & with 5+ years overall technology team management experience.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Technology development.
- Proven experience as an architect for developing a business proprietary system, ERP development experience an added advantage.
- High proficiency in English & Cantonese is a must.
- Candidates with Startup Founding experience or Past Entrepreneurship experience are advantageous.
