• Passionate about or has keen interest and belief in FinTech, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Technology advancement.
• 5+ years of financial and trend research & analysis experience in a Technology related or Financial Services sector.
• Entrepreneurial with excellent quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and presentation skills with an ability to deal with time sensitive projects.
• Experienced in analysing mergers and acquisitions to ensure conformance with strategic goals or regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in proposing and taking lead for capital raising, investments & restructuring of investment portfolios and ESOP.
• Connections in the relevant industry to have good access to deals will be highly preferable.
• English language proficiency is essential. Cantonese/Mandarin will be beneficial.
