Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of Technology covering strategic planning, resources alignment, and overall IT effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish technical standards and ensure adherence across the firm.
• Be the focal point of contact for all technology related enquiries from internal and external parties.
• Manage internal and external partnerships with technology teams and vendors.
• Will be required to conduct some coding tasks from time to time.
• Target to recruit, develop and manage a new software developer.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years overall IT leadership experience OR Software architecture and development experience, from concept to production, in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical, multi-cultural, collaborative international environment.
• Previous or current role as a CTO or Senior Architect for Proprietary Trading Firm will be ideal.
• Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Successful track record in helping guide an organization through change.
• Proven record of delivering high quality software in modern C++ 11/14 and/or Python.
• Has had exposure to partnership structure and culture to manage and drive technology enhancement.
• Strong business acumen and proactive in deriving IT related solutions to support dynamic operational demands.
