Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the HK futures clearing operations team to ensure daily settlement and compliance with exchange and regulatory rules.
• Maintain and improve the firm’s clearing processes and procedures by reconciling differences in reporting and managing settlement issues to minimise errors.
• Ensure relevant operational processes are efficient, accurate, cost effective and timely.
• Ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage positive, collaborative and effective relationships with relevant internal (HK and APAC, as necessary) and external parties like exchange, brokers, external counterparts and Clients.
• Provide backup for Operations and support the team on daily administrative duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of working experience in a financial services, banks or related industry.
• Prior experience in performing clearing and settlement function in a HK Exchange Clearing Member firm, or a HK licensed bank will be highly beneficial.
• Interest in financial markets is an added advantage.
