Job Responsibilities:

• Develop amazing next-generation games, including cutting-edge features such as Blockchains or Artificial Intelligence.
• Actively participate in our agile game development process for both ongoing and new projects.
• Work within small, cross-functional teams consisting of talented and passionate product owners, designers, artists, and other engineers to ensure smooth development of quality products.
• Write clean, maintainable and optimized code with test coverage and source control.
• Experience with working in agile environment
• For more senior candidates, w/ 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for
  • Setting the team up for the product roadmap
  • Collaborating with senior management & product management to anticipate skill and capacity needs
  • Ensuring for the end to end delivery success
  • Leading the test-cased-driven coding and high quality/ performance culture
  • Embracing for the CI/CD mentality

Key Requirements:

• 2+ Years of industry experience building mobile apps or games
• Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Multimedia or related disciplines
• Proven track record with Mobile Game Development using Unity (using C#)
• Strong working knowledge of the Android and/or iOS ecosystem, tools and APIs
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, 3^rd party SDKs and Backend Services integration
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing deadlines and projects.
• Game lover and keen learner would be highly preferred
• Candidates with 3+ years of experience can be considered as senior or team lead if he/she has relevant work experience in
  • delivering high quality test-cased-driven code in Android/ iOS
  • developing automated testing
  • leading/ mentoring/ coaching people & teams
  • splitting time between hand on software development and people management
  • Champion and bring in the best coding practices
• Fluent in English is a must;  Cantonese/ Mandarin is good to have
• Nice-to-have includes: Memory optimization, Backend development on Cloud infrastructure, Machine Learning/ AI technologies tools, Shaders, Scripting languages
