Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up the overall local office operations from scratch which includes completing the regulatory license applications.
• Build a sustainable community to support online/offline market penetration & expansion of the brand.
• Take on the leading role in building a local team, setting KPIs, organizing market and user research in the region.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors, customers, potential customers and journalists in the region.
• Hold regular review meetings with the headquarters to identify region specific support to scale up the business in their respective region.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience, of which 2+ years of crypto exchange business operation experience is a must.
• Experienced in taking charge and delivering overall strategic, tactical and operational planning and deliverables of operating a business.
• Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements and have practical experience in setting up the office, business operation, marketing & driving business results for the firm from scratch
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial growth trajectory is essential as this role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as driving for business results.
• Blockchain related experience or deep knowledge preferred.
• Contacts in local Blockchain industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Business or finance related discipline.
• Must be native in their respective local regional language & fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
