Consultative Sales Manager

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the assigned Sales targets for Hong Kong, Macau and the Taiwan Regions through formulating and executing strategies to develop new clients and increase the retention rate & average spend of the existing clients.
  • Develop a detailed lead generation plan & report leads and sales progress promptly with the CRM (Salesforce) system.
  • Invest quality time to meet up with existing and potential clients to fully understand how the firm’s products and solutions can meet with the clients’ organization development & talent development needs.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for their defined geography and accounts.
  • Attend and participate in local and national networking events, meetings, webinars and seminars as well as strategic sales trips to create and develop client relationships.
  • Some travel may be required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Psychology or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven track record as a Recruiter or in B2B Consultative Sales for Technical or Solution Based products and services for international companies and conglomerates in Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading to engage, educate and motivate customers/clients to buy-in in an effective way.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets and good proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of customer service and is able to think outside the box, create high quality, professional, customer-centric presentations & solution-based customer experiences.
  • Understands strategic selling, manages deadlines and is able to qualify opportunities.
  • High written and oral proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
