Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, auditor relations and financial regulatory compliance.
• Analyze mergers and acquisitions to ensure conformance with strategic goals or regulatory requirements.
• Propose and take lead for capital raising, investments, restructuring of investment portfolios and ESOP.
• Evaluate the potential of new product development or market opportunities, according to factors such as business plans, technologies or market potential.
• Perform and evaluate research, such as detailed company or industry analyses, to inform financial forecasting, decision making or valuation.
• Monitor financial or operational performance of individual investments to ensure portfolios meet risk goals and has regulatory compliance.
• Present investment information, such as product risks, fees or performance statistics by summarising key points in shareholders, auditors and management meetings.
• Attend investment briefings and conferences or consult financial media, periodicals or newspapers to stay abreast of relevant investment markets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or any other related discipline or with ACCA/CFA certification.
• 5+ years of financial and trend research & analysis experience in a Technology related or Financial Services sector.
• Entrepreneurial with excellent quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and presentation skills with an ability to deal with time sensitive projects.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation and using large datasets & spreadsheets.
