Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement existing and new FPGA applications (including synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, documentation)
• Work closely with Traders, Software Developers and other IT Engineers to identify opportunities and implement solutions for optimization and performance enhancements
• Interact with development teams to coordinate technology introduction
• Contribute to the development of productivity tooling that supports the RTL efforts
• Develop high performance FPGA systems in SystemVerilog
• Research and evaluate the latest FPGA hardware and technologies development and trends to maintain ongoing business awareness and a competitive edge.

• Proactively provide creative inputs in order to engineer new and enhance existing trading infrastructure which benefits trading strategies ultimately
• Build your skills in the finance industry and FPGA development flows

Key Requirements:

• Passion for development, strong work ethic, and drive to continually learn and improve
• Hands-on FPGA development successes, taking ownership of significant systems and subsystems
• Sound understanding of technology tradeoffs, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Quantitative appreciation of low-level hardware/software interaction
• 3+ years in RTL experience (SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL)
• 2+ years of experience of software development
• Bachelor degree, Master degree/PhD degree preferredin Computer/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Fluent in English
