Receptionist/ Administration Assistant

Job Highlights:

  • Proven excellent customer service skills in managing premium customers is a must
  • Solid experience (5+ years of experience) in reception, front desk, customer service is highly preferred, with 1+ years of Office Administration related experience

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full reception support and handle administrative duties
  • Responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming calls, managing conference room booking and guest registration
  • Responsible for basic administrative support including managing stationery inventory, travel and hotel booking, dining booking, catering service ordering and vendor management for office facility purchases and maintenance
  • Prepare and manage the filing system for various company reports and documents
  • Provide full support in company events and activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Solid experience (5+ years of experience) in reception, front desk, customer service is highly preferred, with 1+ year of Office Administration related experience
  • Prior experience working for Financial Institution, Banking, Consulting or Luxurious Hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Proven excellent customer service skills in managing premium customers is a must; coupled with professional and customer-centric telephone manner
  • Strong cultural awareness with good understanding of Chinese culture
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese typing
  • Flexible to work overtime, if business requires
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in Cantonese & English speaking and writing are essential
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
