Senior/ Administration Manager

Job Highlights:

  • Proven 8+ years of all rounded Administration Management and People leadership experience is a must
  • Prior experience working for Finance Industry and in the PRC is advantageous

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and people manage the Administration Department including Receptionist, Tea Lady and Drivers
  • Develop and maintain a high quality, neat, tidy and efficient office environment to facilitate office operations and also promote premium customer experience when conducting company visit
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in regards to Office Management including but not limited to Company purchases for Office Supplies (e.g. Printing material, Stationeries, Catering Services) and IT equipment,  Office Insurances, Vendor Management, Tenancy Agreement, Knowledge Management (Filing System), etc
  • Responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer visit experience especially for VIP clients
  • Responsible for office renovation project and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Management team

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Solid experience (8+ years of experience) in managing a full-blown Administration Department including people managing Receptionist, Tea Lady and Driver.
  • Prior experience working for the Finance Industry and in the PRC is advantageous
  • Prior experience in creating and designing VIP reception experience for premium customers is advantageous
  • Strong cultural awareness with good understanding of Chinese culture
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese typing
  • Flexible to work overtime, if business requires
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in Cantonese & English speaking and writing are essential
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
